Before checking your tenants into your property you must obtain a professional and thorough inventory. This will document the conditions and contents of the property and will include dated photographs as evidence should a dispute arise.
We will carry out a professional inventory on your behalf. If you have not opted for our fully managed service then you are responsible for ensuring all meters have been read and that you have informed utility companies, TV and internet suppliers, council tax and TV licencing department for each tenancy change over.
